"The hotel looked okay on the surface, but the overall experience felt uncomfortable. When I was checking out, it became clear the owner was also acting as the cleaner and staff. I was the only guest in the entire hotel, which made the stay feel awkward and unwelcoming. Not what I expected."

"Very nice, remote location with some sweet views of the Basin and not too far from Mt. Allison/Sackville. Be aware the last 5 km of road to get there are dirt roads with a tonne of serious potholes. Would suggest SUV only if you are renting a vehicle to get there.Dropped a star due to an incredible number of flies in house. Host sent property manager to put some flytape up but it was a constant battle to kill an enormous amount of flies. Was hard to sleep honestly even when the flies were not divebombing us due to the noise of them. Apparently, just the time of season, but had we been aware, we would never have booked. Probably should have asked for a partial refund, but All of us were a bit dragged out by sleep deprivation and spent most of our time away from the house."

"Cabin was a great alternative than the hotels - afforded additional space both inside and outside of the cabin for the kids to enjoy. The cabin and area is spectacular - right beside the river! Would have liked to have had access to wash machine/dryer but we were able to air things out on the deck between games. "
