"If you’re a tourist who is looking for an affordable place to sleep and an easy way to get around London, I doubt if it gets better than this hotel. I loved it. The staff was kind, the tube was literally around 30-40 steps away, the line was a major line, and they fed me a great breakfast (included in the price) every day. There are definitely fancier places to rest your head, but this place did a great job of combining quality, reasonable cost, and convenience. "

"On arrival, -5 Hrs. earlier than check in. Front counter lady try to accommodate us best possible at a rate of 10 pounds per hour (3 Hrs. before checking in). Considering that we have patronized "Best Western" worldwide. I expected a little better than that... Thank you for what you were able to help us with.
