"The property is lovely. We had a one bedroom which was small but nice. It is nicely appointed and the kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. She took my freezer bag to the Westin Hotel and got a bucket of ice for me. The ac was not working...

"I have one issue at this place. We had someone staying above us that was so loud. I went to the front desk to complain numerous times. They did nothing. I called and went down to front desk every day. And nothing. I asked to be moved. Even if to a downgraded room to avoid hearing the people above us being so loud.
