"Place was very clean and quiet, not slow, but quiet. Front desk staff were very attentive and helpful and friendly. I came in late October and the outdoor pool was still open so I was able to enjoy the nice weather. This was a 10/10 stay and I’d be happy to stay again."

"They worked around a lot of problems like early check in and late check ins. Really amazing staff at the desk very understanding and helpful, definitely recommend and would come back"

"Very clean room. Free water. Nice staff. Decent parking place and very reasonable price! highly recommended"

"Absolutely everything was dirty, the hallways were dirty, the lobby was dirty, the hallways have a weird smell, the pool is only open from 10 AM to 10 PM, the TV was broken in the gym, and there was hair all in our bathroom."

"Good"

"Everything was great staff clean rooms nice grab and go breakfast very accommodating for my dog my room was on the thrid floor and the transfer me to the first floor."

"Nice. Will stay again"

"I had a great stay at Courtyard Marriott in downtown Dallas. The hotel at first glance was clean, aesthetic, and the location was excellent. Everything was within 10-15mins of the hotel which was helpful when looking for food and something to eat. Highly recommended to travelers looking for a decent place to stay while downtown. There is also super cheap parking in the surrounding area within 3 mins walking distance of the hotel."

"Very thin wall. You can hear the water going down from upstairs or nearby room. Very Poor design and layout of the room."

"cost of breakfast is too high"
