"Tons of options within walking distance, the staff here are excellent, the Symposium Cafe is attached and guests get 10% off when ordering rooms service or dining in, btw, its great there also. Billial (I hope this how his name is spelt) and Deborah are 2 of the best hotel concierge employees Ive dealt with. They serve you with a welcome smile and they really make you feel at home. They will do their best to try and accommodate your needs. The hotel prices are resonable and Its really good to know that Comfort Inn hotel in Brantford will accept a cash deposit for incidentals. Its frustrating when a hotel will only accept a credit card for incidentals, when will these companies understand that a credit card is a place holder for cash. If you have the cash, what does it matter? Some places turn their nose up on you and make u feel if u have no card, you somehow have no cash. The reason why I have cash is because i dont have credit cards sucking money out of my bank.. Comfot Inn does understand and and probably why they seem to be one of the busiest hotels in town. Keep up the great service guys! I will be back."

"Nice and clean place. Stuff friendly. Bonus clean gym, swimming pool decent size . Breakfast was also better than expected. Bed was comfortable and kitchenette very useful. "

"Good stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, approachable, and made our family feel welcome. The price was excellent value for the quality and service. Only suggestion would be to add conditioner to the amenities, but overall, I’d recommend this hotel and give it 5 stars."
