The heating was not controlled in each room. It was controlled by the management. It might be the same for the air conditioning too. The room became unbearably hot. We opened a window. I asked them to turn down the heat at about 9:30 pm. He said that he would turn down everybody’s heat in a few minutes, but until then we could keep our windows open. It eventually became tolerable by about 11 pm.
The room was fine in terms of cleanliness etc. for the low price we paid and the convenience of location to our event and that we could park directly in front of our room and move our luggage etc. directly into the room’s own door.
The big problem was all the noise and loud onerous talking banging and crashing sounds until 4 am especially from the family next door. Plus others. I don’t know if they were permanent residents there (room D?) or not. But we didn’t contact management about it because we were hoping they’d stop eventually. Even with earplugs in, they were loud. Only got about two hours sleep.
