And again once we were checked in and settled they were still checking if we needed anything else or how else they could facilitate our stay. The hotel itself was spotless. "The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."
