"Staff were polite, breakfast good, bar price reasonable and spotlessly clean. Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again."

"Booked last minute as we were going to a concert at P&J. Bus stop right outside for getting to and from the city centre. About a 20 minute walk to P&J. Room was small and a little dated but definitely calie for money. Staff were really approachable and helpful. We wont hesitate in booking again! "

"The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."
