We were impressed by how clean this hotel was and all the staff were exceptional (especially Christopher in reception). Loved the large shower but had to use the shampoo which was fixed too high for us smaller people. We had two connecting rooms which were ideal. The beds were a bit firm though, but this is our personal preference and no fault of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was great; choice of cereals, yoghurt with fruit compote, croissants and bread/rolls for toasting, hot food (sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, beans, tomatoes & hash browns) and selection of fruit. Would've loved potato scones. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again.

Unfortunately kept awake most of the night with corridor door slamming, guests checking out around 3/4am cases rumbling up corridor and talking loudly. Bedroom comfort excellent, staff service excellent, Breakfast buffet excellent choice. Policy to charge £10 to park your car overnight whilst staying in your hotel seems unfair.
