The communication was prompt. Our biggest issue was finding the property late in the night as Google Maps takes you to the opposite house! You definitely need to add a note to the property listing. The house is as shown in photos, newly refurbished, clean and nice. The kitchen and bathroom at the back of the office needs to be brought up to the standard of the rest of the house. These rooms lack both furnishings and facilities and feel like a different house altogether! We didn't cook so can't comment on the kitchen facilities. Although there is on street parking in front of the house, it's being used by neighbours. No problem as there's plenty of street parking and we parked in the next available slot. The location is good, quiet residential area. The front yard and back garden are beautiful and well maintained!
