"This property is maintained immaculately. The staff are pleasant, professional, and go above and beyond to help you celebrate whatever special day you are having. I was amazed at the anniversary surprise that I received. This is my second time in the last two years of staying at this very same hotel and I will definitely be back a third time. The staff are so welcoming, the food is delicious and the property is well maintained. Kudos to you all for doing such an excellent job!"

"The staff couldn't be more friendly and eager to please the guests. Even though the hotel has minor things to improve, is kept really clean, staff is always working to maintain the cleanliness and tidying up after the guests. Landscaping is kept immaculate. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that whithin the first days you arrive there is a dedicated team that is always trying to sell you either time shares in the hotel or VIP rooms, to the point that it gets annoying, i learned that if I told them that it was my last day they would leave me alone. That is the only negative thing I could say about the hotel. Food was magnificent, a lot of variety to choose from. The lazy river was great, it had a pool bar. Every night we had great shows. Bowling, take my advice, sign up and go to dinner and come back, the wait time is big. The beach was small but beautiful. What more can I say, you won't be disappointed if you book here. "

"I had an absolute amazing experience at this resort. The food was wonderful with so many options. The indian station at the buffet was exceptional. The staff was so kind and friendly and pleasant, a special shout out to Petrina at the French restaurant, our servers Chetaya and Tamara, and Olivia at concierge. They have a heart of gold. The housekeeping staff are the undercover heroes who took care of the rooms so well. The resort is beautiful, both the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara sides. The golf carts to take you from place to place which was so helpful for my mother with bad knees and ankles. Everything was truly wonderful and I would highly recommend! "
