"We really really enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall. The food was awesome and they had a lot of entertainment. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! They check on us all the time. A big shout out to Leonardo from front desk who made me and my husband’s trip memorable with his excellence service. He quickly responded to any complaints we had and also followed up. He truly made our first trip to Jamaica special. Also to Ryan our bellman. Great service! Anton and Teena ! "Absolutely love the compound my daughter did not want to leave. She loved the teen zone. She loved the pools couldn’t get her out. Wish the pool stayed open a little longer but we understood for the safety of the public and staff We loved that every evening there was something to gather we loved the karaoke plus the after hour reggae club you could shake off a pound or two after dinner and bountiful of liquor consumption . The food was the only issue Dishes could’ve had a little bit more authentic taste. Otherwise everything else was on point. Our room was beautiful. We had the premium, Staff was OK. I had to ask for towels and etc several times before I receive them overall it was awesome experience. Will definitely stay again"
