"Great place for families and close to the park"

"Quiet, clean and there was a restaurant inside for dinner only. Vouchers for Oscar’s cafe for breakfast. Very nice. The room has a microwave and a nice standard spacious refrigerator.! You can make your coffee and it’s cold you can warm it. Very convenient A very spacious room. Love this property which wasn’t far from the visitor center. Excellent. Love my stay "

"This hotel is nice for Zion Park without the crowds. It's about a 15 min drive to the park. Nice rooms, relatively new and a very good breakfast. It could have used another chair in the King room (only one for the desk) and pool doesn't open until 9am which makes an early swim before breakfast impossible."

"When tv wasn’t working, they came & got us another tv late at night. My only thing I didn’t like was the bed. It had a hump in the middle. "

"We only stayed one night while road tripping to NPs, but had a great stay. Steps away from the entrance to Zion which made an early morning hike a breeze. The front desk staff was super helpful and the town of Springdale so cute! Felt clean and safe. Would stay here again!!"

"Really loved this Glamping experience. Our room had two queen beds and a shower inside the tent, which was awesome. They had a couple of nice bonfires going and s’mores for your family to enjoy. The hot tub was awesome. They had a fire in the middle of the hot tub, which was really cool. The campground was very quiet. Everyone recognized the quiet hours. I wish we had stayed there for more than one night, but our itinerary did not allow for that. But highly recommend. It’s a little bit outside Zion, but it was worth it. "

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even helped clean up a mess in their table area when we asked for a rag. The only thing I wish was different was our rooms were together but the staff always smiled at us."

"This is a beautiful hotel and room and my extended family enjoyed our stay and I would visit again. In fact, I wish we had spent more time in Zion as we only stayed two nights. I just want to share that it is quite unique to find a hotel with a 12 noon checkout time which we had planned to use every minute. However, on the morning of our checkout we had packed up most of our stuff and went to the pool. We left behind a suitcase, a reusable tote of food, a paper bag of just purchased food, a hoodie and some other non material items. At 5 minutes to noon we returned to our room to retrieve those items and our room had been cleaned but the cleaning crew was still at our door. She didn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate but my items were gone, except for the suitcase which was outside our door. I was so upset, shaking and confused so I went to the front desk. The manager was extremely pleasant and understanding and he (Raymond) walked with me back to room to help me retrieve my items. Again, this wouldn’t stop me from staying again. The manager was extremely understanding and explained that the cleaning crew thought we had checked out but I just want others to know to consider using your do not disturb tag or leave a note or make it clear that you will be staying until noon.
