The staff was struggling with the computer system and checking in their guests. Also it took me 15 minutes to buy a snack from their little store in the lobby.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We called a few days before to tell them we couldn't make it on our first night but we would be there. The staff person noted it, but when we got there, our room was canceled even though they could see the note. They made it right immediately and there was no problem. Everything was great.
