10/10 Excellent
"Very helpful staff, decent breakfast and fine amenities. Overall a great experience"
Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"Great location, good pool and excellent breakfast. Room layout isn't most efficient with a lot of wasted space making the living room cluttered and bedroom small. A few of the staff are good otherwise lack 'wow' feel in the customer service."
