"The Briers is a beautiful property hosted by Darren, a precious man. He asked after our trip, have recommendations based on what we liked, suggested places that he and his family have enjoyed and was a delight to talk to. The room is spacious, the bathroom is out of a magazine, the view is beautiful and the location ideal. It feels like being in a movie set. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area. "Larry and Ann made us feel at home with the genuine warmth of their welcome. Lovely folk. The house is quite beautiful and the rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked and served in the outstanding dining room. You can imagine large dinner parties being held there in years gone by. As we left this morning Ann gifted my wife a large scented candle. All in all an excellent b&b for an overnight or a long weekend. "
