"Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to bus station, city center, City Hall, local pubs, supermarket, transportation. Our initial room was on 1st floor without a good view, front desk staff immediately relocated us when I requested an exterior facing room for our 4 day stay. Would stay here again "

They went above and beyond and made our stay super easy and enjoyable. We had 2 amazing dinners at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. The front desk ordered all our taxis and they were there in minutes. Would highly recommend. "

"If this property had air conditioning it would be perfect… We were brought a fan without issue, but had to “build” a place for it to sit to be effective due to the lack out outlets near the bed… Staff were helpful, wonderful location, accommodation comfortable… the addition of air conditioning would make it damn near perfect.
