The staff was outstanding. We had a couple of unique needs, and the staff were able to take care of each one. Plus the room was very nice and the location was close to everything. We would recommend this hotel honsnyone.

Great location and nice hotel. However we were there for work and the lack of shared spaces to work from was a really awkward, we ended up working with our laptops on our laps in the reception area for an hour before they finally allowed us to go into the breakfast area as the bar was closed due to staff meeting. Surely customers should come first! If you're there as a visitor to see the sites of Belfast this hotel would be really good and I would definitely go back.

Great location, however the bar area left something to be desired, and the gym can only be described as atrocious. The shower leaks, and the room wasn't quite as clean as we would have liked.
