The local population (mainly sheep, horses and cows) were really welcoming and the location is ideal for access to walks galore. We are planning out summer holiday now, having just got home this morning. Cotts Farm is magic"

"Booking made and paid for a week prior but when I arrived the hotel was in darkness. The member of staff said they don’t take bookings from hotels.com. and no room offered as it’s the end of the season (September). So I had to leave and find somewhere else. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. "
