had a blast in this place! The indoor pool was warm, which was a plus. My wife and I walked around downtown, which you can easily walk around from the hotel and back. The staff were amazing and very attentive to our needs. Excellent breakfast and service too! The valet parking is a good option if you’re just staying in downtown Wilmington, but if you’re heading to the beach I would try to find street parking."

"Just fine for 1-2 people to stay in. The bedroom is small and there isn’t any room for a dresser, so nowhere to unpack clothes. The living area is comfortable with a nice view. The area around the condo is loud, however, on the weekends late into the night and you can hear it in the bedroom. Otherwise, it was in a walkable area and close to many places to eat. Very clean, but you have to do half the cleaning before you leave. "
