The houseboat is located in a community of nearly identical houseboats, which are close together, so privacy outside is not perfect (and not as shown in the pictures online), but otherwise the houseboat community is very clean and well done. we spent hours on the back porch just enjoying the view and the breeze. Walking distance to historic downtown Wilmington and not far from the beaches so overall a great stay. "
