Upon arrival, I waited for about 5 minutes before the front desk person came out to greet me (they saw me and walked away into the side area beside the front desk). "This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others. "

"Parking is by valet. I paid for it at time of reservation. I was charged a destination fee??? They gave me $25 free food to compensate. I used every dollar, lol. A very nice hotel. My room was the standard 2 queen beds, no couch. Only stayed one night so can't speak about amenities. Metro stop right outside the doors. Not far from I-395. Pricey for my budget but I would recommend the hotel."
