The hotel is ideally located next to many restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especially Joel and the Concierge. Do be aware that renovation is going on and the main entrance has temporarily shifted.

This was our second time staying at this Grand Hyatt location. Expectations were met as always. Hotel probably very well maintained, staff very professional and helpful. The rooms are amazing and the bed feels wonderful. As a Hyatt member since 2018, I will continue to stay and support Hyatt properties.

The staff was wonderful! Jason at the front desk was so very kind and helpful. Our room was expertly cleaned every morning. The Club hostesses became our best friends in DC! A special shout out to the warm and generous hospitality of Mae, Nancy, amd Jasmine!! They will live on in our memories of our delightful experience at GHW! Thank you for everything! 10/10 Would highly recommend!

Excellent long weekend stay. Clean, updated room. Great location with easy metro access. Wonderful breakfast buffet. What made the stay even better was the staff. Each employee we encountered was friendly and a pleasure—from housekeeping to front desk to door staff. Will definitely recommend to others and return.
