"The staff were very kind and amazingly friendly and helpful. The Sonder had everything we needed to have a great stay including coffee, water, microwave, ice etc. Watching the city night lights come on from the rooftop was the perfect way to end the day. We felt safe inside the hotel the whole time and it began to feel homey and comfortable and the staff were like seeing friends every time we came through the door.
