We had a challenging time informing the hotel about a late, after-hours check-in. The phone connection was bad, the Support person barely understood what we were saying. Informed us to 'email' the front desk about the late check-in. Once we reached the hotel, the in-person after-hours check-in was smooth"

"Very nice hotel right across from riverfront. Clean hotel and room with attentive and helpful staff. Only negative is lack of sound proofing on windows. Hence a lot of city noise."
