"When booking the Hotel on Expedia, it is hard to tell where the room is located as it is a big resort. We did not know what location we were going to get since they have 3 main buildings with their own pools. A map on the site would help.
It is a nice and easy ride from the airport to get there, but once there, the check in line was fairly long and they only had 2 staff present who were actually training new staff as well, so it took a while. However, the process was quick when it was our turn and the information clear. We didn't like the parking charge. Parking space was not the issue at that resort. We were there 5 nights.
We were located in the Key West village at the back of the resort (building 14) on the 4th floor. It seems far to drive through the resort at first to get there, but it was the most quiet area, so perfect for families. There was a volleyball court, basketball court, full fitness center and of course the pool. The pool was big, lots of tables and lounge chairs and low attendance.
We had a 1 bedroom apartment, full kitchen. It was perfect to be able to buy groceries and cook at the resort. They have bbq station everywhere, cleaned daily. The only thing is that we didn't have a balcony, because we were on a corner. A balcony would have been nice, even though it was 33C and very humid everyday. The room had everything you need, even a washer and a dryer! They cleaned it twice in 5 days as well.
Throughout the whole resort, the service was excellent!"
