"Right on Comal..Nice stair River access.Grounds were clean and safe from river crowds.Nice pool and trees.Noise shutdown rule after 10pmBut there was very little noise except ocassional train in distance. Great accommodation. Clean room with equipped kitchen. Pet friendly..small dog.Nice view from balcony. Next door to tube rental company.Close to downtown restaurants. Good communication with owner.Ill be back. "
