"We were in New Braunfels for a family wedding and stayed in this beautifully renovated cottage. The furnishings are even more stylish than the photos can portray, the mattresses and pillows and linens were wonderfully comfortable, and the deck was delightful. And Melissa has thought of everything! There is a wireless speaker in the living room as well as one in the kitchen--both matching the decor. There are 3 ways to get your caffeine going in the morning--and a milk frother provided as well! Accessible charging plugs, more towels than we needed, fresh microwave popcorn bags and snacks, dishes appropriate for young children--the attention to detail for making our stay comfortable went above and beyond what I have ever experienced in any rental I have ever stayed in. Most impressive, though, was that the home is IMMACULATE. I have stayed in many rentals over the years, and I have NEVER stayed in one that was so clean. Not only were there no crumbs in the kitchen drawers or cabinets anywhere to be found, the utensils were beautifully arranged. The kitchenware looked brand new. The bathroom was spotless. All of this on top of a great location with an easy walk to Krause's, the town square, and an awesome local bakery. The icing on the cake was Melissa's message on the day of our departure wishing us safe travels and instructing us to simply head out. We did not have to worry with starting the cleaning process! THIS IS A DREAM RENTAL!"

"This is a great place for a large group to stay together! Plenty of open space both inside and out for groups to gather or break up for visiting. A great variety of sleep options with four bunkbeds downstairs in a very large room near a bathroom and three beds for two and a pair of bunkbeds upstairs! Two baths upstairs keep anyone from having to wait which is a huge help. The deck is nice for a peaceful time and fun to watch water traffic during play time! Easy access to the water as well. We recommend and would stay again!"

"Other than I thought it was river front, did not expect the little slew between us and the river. Aso need the address better displayed, had a bit of a time finding it. Very clean, very welcoming. Enjoyed our stay."

"I lease VRBO homes frequently as I own a scuba shop and it makes it easy to keep students and divers together for fun and training during road trips. My divers loved this home close to the Comal River. The home itself was comfortable, clean and well appointed. We loved the big porch and back patio. When we arrived at the property I noticed several deer in the neighborhood laying around in the grass. Throughout our stay the deer could be seen in the lot across from the home and relaxing in the neighborhood lawns. It was fun to see them so comfortable and healthy. There were so many! We were very happy with the home and will be returning in the future."
