"Room itself was really wonderful with great views except for the fact that it obviously was an older hotel and was in much need of overall upgrade. (No handles on any drawers or cabinets - had to use my foot to open those, and upon pulling open the bathroom drawer, it fell out.) I had to purchase a candle due to a little musty kinda smoke smell upon exiting the elevator to the room and into the room. "I was expecting to stay on a higher floor but ends up having room at 6th floor at Kona Tower and facing with parking view of the mall 😆. I will stay there again but will make sure next time I will stay at the tall building. From front desk to room cleaner, to any worker i'd seen around are all friendly and approachable. Very good service!"
