"Great stay for the week. Beach access was perfect, walking distance to both Waikiki and Ala Moana. "

"I had two separate 1 day reservation (not by choice) which would have made us move rooms. I tried online to have them combined but was told is was not possible. The check in person was able to do it when we arrived which saved us a ton of trouble because the next day we were leaving on a tour that was going to last 8 hours making the luggage situation a problem. That saved us a lot of stress, not what you need on vacation. "

"Great staff, beautiful property! We had a great time here, the lobby is incredible. The gym could use some improvements (very small and can’t really get more than 7-10 people in there) and the pool/ hottub area (while SO pretty and well decorated) could use some more upkeep in my opinion. Our shower was also not the cleanest when we arrived. Would still come back!"

"The location of the hotel is a bit far from waikiki beach so you can’t just walk there because it will take more than an hour but the flip side is that street parking is easy to find and it’s free from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am so you don’t need to pay the $33 per day hotel parking and can drive to waikiki or any other beach! Rooms are recently remodeled and clean. They do housekeeping every for days but they would give you clean towels if you ask. Overall we had a pleasant stay"

"Location of hotel is close to essential stores like Target, Walmart, shopping mall, and restaurants. There is shuttle service to the beach which is not too far away. If you are looking for a hotel that is a few steps to the beach, this is not the place for you. Hotel during our stay was under staffed. Waited a long time to check in because there was only 1 person at the counter during the entire time we were there. Room service was inconsistent. Our room was not cleaned everyday. There is also an additional $50 for resort fees that will be added as well as $59 for parking so keep that in mind if you are planning."
