"Hotel was really nice service and valets were excellent. Only complaint was the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed fully and the indoor pool was freezing room was heated pool was not. Overall excellent stay definitely would go back."

"Price isn't as good as it sounds. Would have given it 5 ⭐ but upon check out there was a $22 a day parking fee. I even asked if I needed a parking pass which I did need. But, there was never an mention about a fee. When I asked about it she said it clearly states it on the parking pass. Given that you don't have an option if you want to park at the hotel it should've been mentioned up front. There's no where else to park and I've never stayed at a hotel that charges you for parking. "

"Great hotel. Amazing location. AT&T fire literally right behind hotel. IMAX theater a block away. Aquarium two blocks away. Horse drawn carriage rides."

"The only problems I had were Room 506 had the shower door was on backwards and so you could not get in the shower unless you can squeeze by the toilet because that was the only way to get in and out of the shower. Also, the food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. I would never waste my money there again. Other wise everyone was very nice and clean "
