"I wish I had read the fine print. I didn’t know that there was pretty much just valet parking out front. You can park across the street in the garage but street parking was difficult. We got breakfast vouchers every morning and breakfast stopped serving at 11 AM. When we wanted an extra cup of coffee after 11 every single time the waitress said she had poured it out. This was at about 1105 each time we had asked her. We didn’t have silverware or napkins on the table, we didn’t have sugar on the table, and our order was never written down and we had to make the order right whenever the food was brought out since it wasn’t written down, every single time.She never offered an extra cup or asked us if we wanted another drink. One night we got a charcuterie board. I couldn’t believe how little was put on it. It was a waste. We got an alcoholic drink every night for three nights, it was a small glass full of ice. We paid for pretty much for a half a glass of an alcoholic drinkat full price. The room was fine. The hotel was clean and in a good area. "

"The room was not clean and the bathroom tub was not sanitary. Room service did not service our room the next day, however when addressed with front desk they were very apologetic and sent someone right away. "

"For the price I was expecting better customer service and amenities. "

"Breakfast was good and "happy hour" was nice, but they were STRUGGLING with turnover. Probably just a bad day. "

"We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like smoke whatsoever. "

"Parking is not at the property so we had to uber from a garage with our luggage and back… and no TVs in bedrooms… both are odd issues to encounter but otherwise, if there were TVs and valet, it’d be a 10 "
