When we first got there we honestly enjoyed what we saw we came for the pool for my sons birthday. The pool was beautiful the outside area has an amazing fireplace and a fountain it has many shoting streams and a waterfall its heated. We ended up there on a chiller day out luck and it was still to cold for me but my son loved it and the room was awsoml

Clean room, spacious room since we did the suite. I just wished we had more storage space for clothes but we used the bar where the microwave was for our clothes and made it work for us . Friendly staff. Would stay there again! Easy walk to Aquarium and children’s museum.

The lobby was just renovated. It’s not completely finished but close. The only thing that is wrong is there are too many tables. Needs some comfortable seating. Rooms were clean and nice but could use more plugs or jacks for charging multiple devices.

Convenient location in heart of downtown Chattanooga, the room was very clean with no issues, guest parking lot is adjacent to the building, last but least - the receptionists, both Aidan and Angela, were pleasant to talk to, very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
The entire front lobby area was nicely decorated all ready for Halloween, enjoyed walking thru every time
