Housekeeping is efficient and respectful Swimming pool is the best you can get in a central Cairo hotel Food is excellent in the lobby area Spoilt for choice when it comes to breakfast It is my favourite hotel in central Cairo I will definitely be staying there again."

"Kempinski is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel and experience however some aspects have let us down during our stay. Their Bar fridges were malfunctioning and some items in the room from a house keeping perspective were not up to standard. Their breakfast was amazing albeit the service in the Resturant has been disappointing to a point where I carried dishes off our messy table. "

"Lovely hotel - excellent location for all main activities in and around Cairo. The hotel is very secure - checks on all vehicles entering. Tour guides could find the hotel easily. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Live music in the bar in the evenings - very good. Room was comfortable. Only downside was the pool is very small and very noisy - despite the screening around it, it's impossible not to hear the Cairo traffic."
