"Would have preferred a walk-in shower but room was excellent with lovely view of the mountains. Our reservation was somehow lost but the hotel was very accommodating and gave us their best available rate. "

"Most of the staff smiled and was gracious, but some were not. The room had few amenities: no waste baskets, no hair dryer, the coffee pot was not plugged in and I had to unplug a lamp and move the desk and get on my hands and knees to plug it in. On the other hand, there was a USB port right on the nightstand. That was very handy. I loved the bed and the couch was very comfy. "

It was the first positive thing to happen after a nightmare arrival trip and unexpected "no-show"cancelation from the hotel we were supposed to stay at (Wingate Wyndham Downtown--HUGE thumbs down) after our flight was delayed and were forced to fly out from Seattle the next morning. Everything about this hotel helped turn things around. Everyone was friendly, it was clean and comfortable, and they let us check it early--VERY much appreciated after a sleepless night and with 4 kids in tow. Thank you!"
