Horrible to say the least!! Dirty, no ac, no security lock on room door. Phone inside room didn’t work, handle on toilet wouldn’t work, water ran nonstop. Parking lot is bad. Dogs all over the place- worst place I’ve ever rented. Word to the wise, don’t waist 170.00 rent a tent!!

I have often stayed here at this hotel when I travel to Anchorage, but this time was a disappointment. I travel with my dog which means that they put me in a room for pets. Normally it’s not an issue, but this time the room smelled like urine. I opened the window to air it out a bit, but I think the pet rooms are all on the bottom floor, which meant listening to all the people outside coming and going. It was hard to get a good night’s sleep. I didn’t bring it up so I can’t say how they would’ve handled it, but I will certainly reconsider not staying here in the future when I visit Anchorage.

The rooms are very small, no place to even place luggage. No air conditioning. No plugs for cell phones. The property is out of date, the night staff was distracted and unfriendly, and the overall experience was negative for our two couples - two rooms as we each stay in many motels and hotels for work and other travel. Will never return to this location.

The rooms are stuffy and not well cleaned. We couldn’t turn on the ceiling fan or use the fan that was in the closet because they were coated in dust. We opened the window because we were hot but the traffic and talking noise outside kept us up most of the night.
