The person in charge came to check it and confirmed that it was indeed broken; his "brilliant" idea was for us to sleep with the window open for four nights—while it was snowing outside—to regulate the temperature. It was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced while traveling. And finally—as if that weren’t enough—the TV never worked, and our towels were only changed once and the room was never tide up...

"They have Bedbugs and tried to blame the guests and not their own incompetence I looked up on past reviews and it seems that they have this problem for the past decade. All they do is clean one room of the bugs and rent the other ones well the other ones being fogged which only makes them run into the walls and spread to other rooms so you're basically playing hot potato with the room you get I recommend leaving your room extremely cold so they don't bother you as I did"
