"When we arrived we were told our room would be ready in 90 mins. We waited in the lobby for 105 mins before asking the desk. A different employee (first was no where to be found) told us the people in our room had not even checked out yet and were leaving “soon.” Another 90 mins later we finally got on our room. The house man and security woman were wonderful. The others were rude and not helpful. We were offered vouchers for breakfast and told to contact Expedia for a $100 credit. We would not...
