"Sanctuary House Hotel is just that, a “sanctuary” in a big, busy city. Karen, at registration, was friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for our first time visit in London. The hotel is in an excellent location between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Overall, staff was friendly, food was delicious, and basic rooms are generous. We will definitely stay here again. "

We loved the shower and the fridge with the complimentary bottled water was great to have.
