"Travelling from UK to Italy and stopped here for the night. We arrived at 11pm and needed a code to access the secure parking and hotel itself. Go to your expedia itinerary for this, not your email. Easy to access the car park and room once you have it. No staff were present. Our family room was clean and comfortable and just what we needed for one night before hitting the road again. "Beautiful room with a four poster bed. Delightful lounge/dining room. Delicious breakfast. The only drawback was not being provided with a kettle (which is understandable given the beautiful antique furniture)"

"The room was a long way up on the second floor. No lift and very steep final flight of stairs. The curtain was not hung properly and the WC (and therefore the rest of the small room) was very smelly. The fire alarm went off just as i was getting to sleep and we were all out on the pavement for an hour, en deshabille. "

"Found this place absolutely delightful, and wish I had booked 2 days so I could explore what looked like a lovely town.. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable. My only "issues" were 1. The parking is on road parking, which is fine, but you could end up parking quite far down the road like I had to. 2. The stairs. I battle with stairs and there were 4 flights to get up to my room. So, if like me you battle with stairs, this isn't ideal for you. But otherwise, absolutely delightful!"
