Great boutique hotel in a wonderful location to explore Lille. Staff very friendly and helpful, love the free water refilling machine and excellent price point too. We always stay here when we visit Lille.

Wonderfully located hotel 8 minutes walk from Lille Europe station located in Lille Flanders square. Surrounded by cafes and in the edge of the Old Town. Excellent value for money and plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast . A joy to sit out on the terrace at breakfast with a view of the square and surrounding buildings. A shame we couture the terrace at other times.

The room was very small and a squeeze to get into the bathroom door but the bed was comftable, the shower was great, it was all very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was spot on (we came via Eurostar station) which was 10 mins walk

Lovely hotel in a great location close to Metro, Bus and Eurostar connections. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent quality (free for kids). I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lille.

Great location within easy walking distance of Eurostar trains and a hop across the road if you want to get other trains, eg Ghent. Staff were really helpful .. left our bags with reception as arrived early and when we came back they had been moved to our rooms! Very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a lovely, value for money hotel.

The hotel and rooms are very clean. Everything is in order. The registration desk is manned by competent and friendly people. The location is great: walking distance to both train stations and to the old downtown area. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around.

A very decent little hotel close to the Gare Flandres and 5 mins from the Eurostar station. Small single room, but adequate for my needs. Breakfast bar modern and airy. Nice rooftop terrace overlooking the station square. Hot food at breakfast fairly limited, but good quality and plenty of other choices. Check in quick and efficient. I would stay there again.

Well situated opposite the Gare (I stayed 7 nights and made many day trips by train). My room was on the 3rd floor and faced the Place de la Gare, but the double glazing meant that noise disturbance from traffic was minimal (but if you want a quiet room it may be best to ask for a room at the back facing the courtyard). I was pleased that the room had a desk. The bathroom was small but well designed. The staff (who all spoke good English) were friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it. On my last day, I wanted to leave my luggage until the evening. This is done by using individual lockers in the receptiona area and I needed to insert 4 euros (2 x 2 euro coins) to use a large locker. It wasn't a lot of money and I didn't mind, but in more than 40 years of trevelling this is the first time a hotel has ever asked me to pay to leave my luggage for the rest of the day after checking out! But overall, the hotel was very good value.
