"Absolutely top on our list now. We stay in Fredericksburg yearly for 4-5 days, for years. So far, our favorite. Very Clean throughout. Great smell on entering. A/C worked great. Quiet with room darkening drapes. Had fridge, hair dryer, microwave & good sized t.v. with cable. Extremely low price for the quality & cleanliness. The pool out back could use a new coat of paint next year but sitting out back in the evening with the breeze was so pleasant. Good continental breakfast, again everything was so clean. We usually have our dog & we love to bring him, i support pet friendly hotels & some relect it with smell &/or dirty. Not this place! You wouldn't know they were pet friendly. Staff was wonderful & very accommodating. Definitely will be our destination hotel for Fredericksburg, Texas."
