I loved having my own covered parking next to my room! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had been remodeled. We had a room with a couch and table and it was perfect for our weekend getaway. Will stay here again.

An excellent place to stay just a walk away from Main Street. The staff the room cleanliness everything was just great. The weather was great however, if it was extremely hot, probably would’ve had an issue for the AC at the rooms could not be turned down below 70.

Incredible value for Fredericksburg. The king bed room was huge and very clean. Single level, so no noise above you and parking right next to the door. Best night's sleep on a 3 week road trip. Super quiet at night. Friendliest staff imaginable. Within walking distance to great food and drink options. Would absolutely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was good. We stayed in The Blue House which was an older home that has been converted to rooms. It is older so don’t expect modern amenities, but cute and very quaint. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This was a great place to stay. We stayed in a suite, which is a small 2 bedroom house. It was very clean and nice. The location is great for walking to Main Street and surrounding areas. We walked everywhere during our stay except for when we went to Enchanted Rock. We only had one complaint... the front bedroom floor is sloped so much that our feet were higher than our heads.
