"Outstanding property! Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was top notch. We checked in on my fiances birthday, and my mother had called ahead to have a cake in our room upon check in. His favorite is lemon, which they do not have, but after she spent several phone calls with staff member Gian, he arranged for the chef to make the lemon cake. The housekeeping staff shut us out on our balcony while doing turn down service because they didn't know we were out there, but we found it incredibly humorous. Food options were delicious, but if you're traveling on a budget you'll want to search off property because they are pricy. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and highly recommended the Condado Vanderbilt for your Puerto Rican adventure."

"I always have a great time here. I like the fact that are things you can do here without leaving. Bowling ,casino,go karts. And the breakfast was a great addition. Just did not likebhaving to pay for parking, I feel it should come with the room. But none the less still had a great time"
