"Phoned from train to find out about key pickup. Arranged 3pm outside Tescos at Victoria Dock where someone would meet us. We were there at 2.55pm. At 3.20 nobody had arrived. Phoned again contact. They would phone their staff member as he could be in building. 10 to 15 minutes later voice from building shouted my name. He was our key contact. Went into reception. "I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. Really clean and well equipped. Cosy single room but with nice terrace to sit out on.
