Pleasantly surprised that we saved time by using a rental car, parking in Preferred Parking ($20 extra), and avoiding the whole internal transportation nightmare. Took us half an hour max each way, including parking and walking. Thinking back to our resort stays, we walked about 10 minutes to our resort bus stop. Then waited 5 to 20 minutes for the bus. "We arrived about 10 minutes before the 4pm check in time and were denied access which was something we’ve never experienced. We had to call security each time we arrived at the property because we didn’t receive a QR code for the gate. Overall, the property is immaculate and had everything that you could think of to have an enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t definitely stay here in the future."

"This was such an amazing property for our family. Great location for my family to enjoy the parks and an excellent pool and game room to unwind with after a long day. Communication with the property management was speedy and super helpful. "Our three adult sons and their families joined my husband and I for a quick family get away to Disney. The location of this house was ideal! Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. Our granddaughter loved the Princess themed bedroom as well as the Harry Potter themed garage! The owner Jane was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was wonderful and spacious. Beautiful clean pool and fun game room. Only complaint is the neighbors across the street parked there cars directly if front of the driveway across the street on there side so it made backing out extra tricky. Other than that it was wonderful."

"This was our first time renting an entire home for our bi-annual Disney trips. My family and I stayed here for a quick trip to Epcot. The house is exactly as the photos show. We were able to enjoy the private pool after a hot day in Florida. The owners were very responsive, check in was easy, the home had everything we needed and then some."

"Beautiful home with a pool. This is our 15+ VRBO rental in the Davenport area. This is the 1st time we had to pay rent for a crib and a BBCue. A 5 bedroom home promoting family vacations yet, absolutely nothing on site for young children (no crib, no highchair). We paid for a heated pool. We had heat on day one and nothing for the next 5 days. The “Heat Pump guy” tried to fix it, crossed his fingers and told us to hope for the best. "Furnished in the usual Florida "style" with all the basics and many little extras baby gates, pool table, TV in almost every room and then some, cool box , gas BBQ, every kitchen utensil possible including a real kettle for the UK folks, absolutely no hesitation recommending booking this villa. If you don't know the area it's a 5 min drive to a sample of every restaurant in Orlando area so your evening out isn't a chore for your driver. 25mins to Universal at 8am and under 20 to most Disney."

"Overall the property suited our needs for our family vacation. A letter or booklet explaining the water park process, hours, and that we could utilize more than one would have been helpful as the picture showed a water park with a lazy river and we had to do some digging to find out where it was. Pool was fabulous and we enjoyed our stay."

"A 6 year old with parents, 2 aunts, grandparents and a great grandmother. The house was perfect for all. The outside space is extremely comfortable, with an outdoor barbecue and dishwasher making eating at home convenient. (Helpful as we found few good take out options). The kitchen was extremely well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. We all enjoyed hanging out at the lovely pool and hot tub. Probably my favorite time of the week. "Check in at the gate was simple and fast and we were given our access passes for the rest of the stay. The villa was spotless and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen to prepare and serve meals. The pool was great and the whole party spent hours in it. A huge number of towels provided for both in the villa and pool towels which we could take to the water parks. Washing machine meant we could wash almost all the clothes before travelling home to save a massive wash on our return....

"The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!"
