"The transportion is lacking they only have 2 shuttles for the entire resort. Sometimes the wait will be 15-20 minutes. Make sure to ask about shopinh near by, they wont tell you and you will regret not asking like i did."

"This was probably one of my favorite Florida vacation locations. They did great at when we needed to extend our vacation. They added the day so we didn’t have to switch around rooms. The staff was very nice. Very kind. The facilities were clean. The beds were clean. We really enjoyed it and will miss Florida because of this location. The pools and Tiki bar close a lot due to weather, but as for our own safety. I have zero complaints we did get some looks when we went to the Kinsey‘s restaurant on property because we have such a large family, but it still went well."

"Me and my family appreciated the room on the first floor without even asking us the staff gave us the easiest access since we were all exhausted and had children and senior who would have trouble climbing stairs. even though there is an elevator it would still be too much walking. the pool is amazing! everything is clean, quiet and not crowded. there is no chaos. it is very peaceful place. we absolutely loved it! and it's so beautiful! very adorable hotel!"

"I, my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandkids stayed in a 2 bd, 2 ba villa, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The decor was modern, it was very clean, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The resort itself is quite large with a ton of amenities and is impeccably maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (we were able to check in early and the late checkout fee was waived). The only negative comment I have is that the restaurant in the West Village where we stayed doesn’t open until 9am for breakfast which doesn’t allow for an early start and makes for a tight schedule on the day of checkout at 10am. Overall, this resort is top- notch, and I highly recommend it."
