"We’ve been coming to this hotel for years. It always great. Never had an issue and I will continue to come. I will say though if you sign up for their timeshare presentation, it’s a lie that’s it’s only 90 minutes and they will continue to try and push you into purchasing one even when you’ve made it clear you don’t want to. I lost about 5 hours of my day, left with a headache and was so annoyed and upset that day because of it."

"The home we stayed in was beautiful! It was a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, and included an arcade and movie room. Everything was perfect for our family of 7. We stayed on the West Side and within walking distance of the clubhouse located near the water park. It would be nice if the home included separate towels for the pool in the backyard. Overall, this home superseded my expectations. "
