Magical Stay!

"Excelsior Belvedere was an amazing place to stay! We would definitely go back again. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, very nice amenities, and excellent service. Even the staff working around the grounds was friendly and helpful, from the hosts that show you around the hotel and gardens to those working to keep the grounds clean and functional, like Michele, who made sure we had umbrella shade and great pool side service. What a relaxing and peaceful place. Also conveniently located to shopping/restaurant areas, the port, and even a little puppet theatre on the way to the port. Magical stay!"

"This was a great hotel with an unbelievable staff. The location was right on the water and near the Castle therefore plenty of options for dinner and site seeing. The room was great and breakfast each day was enjoyable. The beach staff was wonderful and helpful in all areas."

A perfect stay

"Daniela, the owner, was on hand to greet us and show us to our room which was ready despite the fact we arrived a few hours before official check in time. The room was clean, with lovely and fresh decor, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The hairdryer was powerful as was the shower and the bed was comfortable as well as being very large! Shower gel, caps and soap was provided. We had a lovely balcony which looked over the back terraces and a view of the sea. Breakfast was served from 8am on the first floor level with fresh pastries, coffee and juices plus a number of long-life extras in the room if you wanted more. There was also a fridge in the room which was great to store our own drinks, yoghurts, etc. The Vigna Rooms are off of the main road in Ischia Ponte (next to Delia's Dress Shop, up a little hill), well situated for many restaurants, shops, the castle, the beach and the bus stop - No. 7 goes to and from the main bus station at Ischia Port (but not between 11am and 1pm!) Daniela kindly lent us some beach towels and both she and all her staff were charming and engaging, we felt welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and stay here again."
