"A great stay at an historical site. Timeless beauty, fantastic staff. Thanks Ana and Anthony for a seamless check in (thanks for the upgraded Fallsview) I had the time of my life. A much needed mini mommy get away to recharge my battery. The energy for the falls and the quiet off season was exactly what I needed. The casino was fun, a little excitement for a non gambler…a few extra bucks in the pocket was a bonus. I had a lovely breakfast up stairs in the rainbow room, looking over the falls. I also enjoyed peaceful morning swim before check out, it was a bit chilly because the pool attendant had just added water…but I didn’t mind. A float around and a quick dip in the hot tub was the perfect finisher before checking out and heading back home with my bucket full and ready to take reality "

"Beautiful clean hotel with excellent staff! I would definitely stay again. Beautiful views of the Canadian and US falls from my room and the restaurant. Definitely worth it! Only a few things that need improvement. I wished the pool was open much earlier during the week, and not just on the weekends, so I missed out on a swim. :( Also the hair conditioner and bath gel containers in my bathroom were empty. They should be filled regularly. That aside, overall a great stay!"

"Stayed here recently and unfortunately the experience didn’t match expectations. We arrived late around 3am and were given two rooms… one directly beside the elevator with constant noise, and the other had a toilet making loud sounds throughout the night. Between the two rooms, neither of us were able to get proper sleep. We raised the issue with the hotel in the morning and were advised to contact Expedia, which didn’t feel like much ownership on the hotel’s side. The location is great and the property itself has potential, but room quality and noise control need serious attention. After a long day of travel, a good night’s sleep is the bare minimum… and unfortunately that wasn’t the case here."

"The rooms are super hot with no air conditioning but did supply a fan. The carpet in the room is so dirty it made our feet black and had stains on it. The lamps had dirt all over them. The toilet seat had oily residue all over it. The curtains are all stained. Just overall not a very enjoyable spot. No sound proofing as you can hear people slamming their doors all night long as well as a broken elevator. "
