"The woman who checked us in was very rude. We love staying at your hotel and I requested a room with a balcony. This was the second time that my request was not acknowledged but after some heated exchanges the lady finally gave me a room with a balcony. The room had a leaking commode and I tried to report it but the clerk spoke such broken English that it was hard for her to understand what i was trying to tell her. "On the third night I was out on the hotel's balcony, looking into the mountains. Eventually I got up from a chair an leaned on the wooden railing of the balcony. Almost immediately the railing gave way and I fell down about nine feet with it over a sharp concrete ledge onto the concrete walkway.
